Voice coach for Garmin

Your race
engineer.

Your watch keeps an eye on the numbers. Your phone speaks in your headphones. One press on Lap and you get an answer, without looking down.

01 — How it works

The watch triggers. The phone speaks.

  1. 01

    Watch

A full-screen data field on your Garmin follows pace, heart rate and cadence, and notices when you drift from the plan.

  2. 02

    Phone

The app turns that moment into a short, spoken instruction and plays it over your music.

  3. 03

    Lap

Press Lap to ask. You get the split you just ran, read out loud, and your activity records as usual.

02 — One run, three moments

Hear what it sounds like.

Two sentences. One number each. Then silence.

km 3 · easy runHeart cap

« Heart rate at 152, above your cap. Slow down until you are back under 145. »

km 9 · intervalsLap pressed

« Rep 4, 400 metres at 3 minutes 50. Average heart rate 171. »

km 14 · long runPace cap

« Pace at 4 minutes 46, faster than planned. Ease off to 5 minutes 30. »

03 — Principles

Built to stay out of the way.

The mic is never on

A threshold or a press on Lap triggers the coach. Never your voice.

Native recording

Multi-band GPS, profiles, auto-lap and the FIT file stay exactly as Garmin made them.

Works offline

No signal for three seconds and the phone answers on its own, from the watch numbers.

Never a diagnosis

Recovery is compared to your own baseline. Nothing about health is phrased as a verdict.

04 — After the run

Meet Miles.

Back home, Miles reads your session, your plan and your recovery, and talks it through with you. The engineer speaks while you run; Miles speaks after.

Leave the screen.
Keep the plan.
